Befriend the tree outside your apartment

When you live in a city you likely don’t have a yard to call your own. The trees that line the streets become yours. I spent hours gazing at this wise old friend from the bay window of my old apartment. Will likely never get to go back inside of said apt but I’d walk by just to say hello to my tree
