the ideal bun for a breakfast sandy, perfect square footage, fluffy and soft and retains sauce without getting soggy, consistent flavor and freshness, never misses. all pros no cons imo

bagel - too thick. english muffin - too small and frail. croissant- also frail, nearing soggy territory. sourdough - ok i do love sourdough but can be a tough chew
